James Lilliewood is a director and series creator whose work spans film, documentary, and premium unscripted television. His career began in London in 2000, cutting his teeth on music videos, commercials, and short-form work before expanding across New York, Paris, and beyond.

His latest project, The Outpost, is a premium documentary series placing A-list talent in radical digital detox at an off-grid desert property — a cinematic exploration of identity, presence, and what we lose when we're always connected.

James is based between Louisville, Kentucky and wherever the work takes him.
